Vacuum Oil-Filling Oven

This oven is suitable for drying high voltage instrument transformer or bushings and vacuum oil filling treatment.
The oven is heated by hot air circulation system, which can give uniform hot air distribution throughout the oven, to make sure the oven have uniform temperature. The range of temperature: Ambient temperature ~ 120 degree.
There installs adequate illuminated sight lamps in the oven.
The door has transparent sight glasses.
The roof of oven sets adequate interface to connect with the inlet of vacuum oil filling.

The material of pipeline is stainless steel.

Oil valve on branch pipeline for oil filling DN16: 20sets(SMC)
Oil valve on main pipeline for oil filling DN50: 4sets(SMC)
Pressure meter: 4sets
Filter on main pipeline and other auxiliary equipment: 1set
Manual oil filling valve DN16: 80sets(Amico)
Stainless steel oil filling hose DN16: 80sets(Shenyang Fubo)
The oil filling pipeline is thermal insulated: about 60 meters

Roots pump WSU501: 1pc(Leybold made by German)
Separator: 1pc (stainless steel)
Electric vacuum valve on main pipeline DN50: 4sets(SMC)
Electric vacuum valve on branch pipeline DN50: 20sets(SMC)
Vacuum sensor: 20sets(EDWARDS)
Signal cable of vacuum sensor: 20sets(EDWARDS)
Release valve DN16: 20sets(SMC)
Corresponding pipeline and seal component: Stainless steel and viton
Stainless steel flange DN50: 24sets
Stainless steel flange DN16: 24sets
The vacuum system is controlled by electric control cabinet, it is operated and stopped according to program.
